    You don't need to be online to play it, It's just for the leaderboards. I've played it offline a ton of times without being connected to PSN (i dont have automatic sign in turned on)

    Well I started the game up logged off of PSN. my log in popped up I pressed Circle and lo and be hold, I see Chapter 1 and loading pop up on my screen.

    Now I can enjoy the nurfed but expanded Ninja Gaiden 2 on PS3.

    GAH I love Ninja Gaiden way too much.
