    1) Send it to Borman
    2) Get files
    3) Get back XBox

With the debug's is it possible to unlock the HDD and then dump the entire partition?

Easiest way; install the neighborhood tool on your computer and connect the xbox/360 to your network. Start neighborhood tool and browse trough the contents of your hard drive and copy them :)

Hah thats always a possibility, but I am willing to help before that.

Debugs can seemingly be locked or unlocked. I havent figured out the rhyme nor the reason for which are which. I always caution against hooking it up to your PC first, as first of all that involves opening the console, but more importantly Windows has been known to do weird things to drives, so you dont want to lose data.

For Xbox Neighborhood on the XB1, youll need Windows XP 32bit, although Vista (and possibly beyond) may work if, and only if, they are 32 bit. I would imagine with some tinkering we could get around some of that, but thats the easy way. Hook the box up to your network, punch in an IP, and off you go. Most games will be stored on the E: drive in the DEVKIT folder.

For the 360, which isn't my speciality, most SDKs that have leaked support 64bit OS's, so you're in fairly good shape. Same deal, possibly different partitions but they are usually labeled DEVKIT or similar anyway. Drag and drop.

Alternatively, for the XB1 anyway (and the 360, though Im not as well versed), it is easy to get an FTP program up and running. You can do this with a debug patched .XBE of your favorite dashboard, or by using Retail Game Loader to load a standard XBE used on modded Xboxes. These can be run off a DVD if you can't get Neighborhood to work. You could also potentially use an Xbox memory card (or really, a properly formatted USB stick) to transfer some files over, but that is more miss than hit in my experience.

    Thanks for the info guys.
I try it out as soon as I get a chance.
By the way I'm in the UK so sending them off to borman is not really an option.

Seconds on the debug patched .XBE of a custom dash, it's a lot more safer too. You'll want a dashboard that auto assigns everything like Avalaunch though :)
