Wanted: PS2 Satin Silver

Hi. I'm not sure it's original. I believe that in all the limited edition white models (and other colour models), the USB / firewire part of the PS2 is always left the same blue as the original charcoal black model, and in yours it is all white?

it IS original.

The blue patch that covers the FW/USB ports is a sticker.

 

I've never peeled it off to check!!! I always thought it was a metal insert (should have known that would be too expensive...!)

Do you have the serial number / model number stickers for the back, and the blue USB / FW sticker for the front? If so, you could build a "replica" from an old 30000-series PS2?

Yep - 100% original, although I don't see the white stand with it, although they were sold separately.
Sony also released white GT4 Prologue memory cards, which look great with the console.

 

I used to have one of those limited edition white ones in the US, I got it from some guy who bought it in california at some special event. He said there were a few other colors too, so it must have been the same thing as the PAL racing ones. It was ugly as shit though, I got rid of it pretty quick and bought a slim white PS2 which is a beautiful system.
