So some random Russian guy released? Don't know the history behind this one besides it being known someone (or several people?) had it, so surprised to see it out finally. Hope this is a sign of things to come for more things.

another "great" game from makers of CD-i Zelda and Link games

 

CD-i Zeldas arent nearly as bad as people think. Even if the cutscenes arent great hah.

 

this warcraft game seems to pretty nice actually

 

welp, "famous" FMV scenes for CD-i Zeldas was created by Russian "AMI" studio (and only this FMV scenes).
but according to interviews with AMI ex-staff, later Warcraft Adventures game was mostly developed by them.
so...

 

Someone on GAF said something about a 2cd version that hasnt been combined? Anyone have that?

 

Never thought I would ever see this one. In my opinion, this game is content complete, but never got to the final polish stage, so there are a few speech to text areas that were added for pickup VO sessions, and some usability issues with finding certain areas. It is worth a play through.

Hope Blizzard can come out and make a statement about this now that it's out in the wild. It would have been better had they been able to release this and tell us the story behind it, but for now we have a lot of unanswered questions.

Maybe someone who's a user on rpgcodex should ask him if he had the files like that or if he owns a cdrom, because there are references to CDDA in the cfg files, in that case we lack a proper dump.

Like I said, someone mentioned that there was a 2CD version plus some other stuff on Neogaf. Havent seen it though.

 

Reidor originally tried to sell this download (or ransom the release) for $3500 on September 5 on multiple websites. It was also to include a bunch of documentation in Russian. Does this download include those files?
