I'm usually the one to prefer warm weather, since I can wash my car and won't get dirty in a few hours because there's a chance of rain every day of the week. Along with having to wear layers of clothing to keep warm which doesn't help a single bit, my nose still gets fucking cold.

So what do you prefer? I think people who prefer the cold are crazy :D

I find it much easier to keep warm than stay cool - especially here with the high humidity. I guess it depends on your standards - recently it's been about 34c at midday here, and that's too hot for me.

Cold. When it is warm I am quite hot and when hot I sweat a lot which isn't nice; after all, if it's cold you can put on extra layers, but when you're too hot, I suffer.

Cold because you can always put more on to heat up. Plus in winter there's no humidity. I hate humidity. Just look at how high the humidity was a few days ago.

Hot. You always have clothes you can take off, you don't always have clothes to put on if it's too cold.

Hah and I think of it the opposite way, I feel I can always cover up more and more however cold it gets but in extreme heat you can only uncover so much (in public at least lol) being a "warm" person typically, what I mean is I perspire more than average and on top of that I just seem to be a human furnace, I can be in front of a cross section of fans and still feel like I am burning up while my wife feels cool or even cold in the same room lol. I am the type in cold or winter days walking around in with my jacket wide open no hat or gloves and my wife if done up in 3 levels of sweaters and jackets. So I definitely prefer cool to cold temperatures any day. Mostly I like to be able to dress as I please without worry of sweating or feeling uncomfortable or icky, 2-3 showers a day gets to be annoying.

But what happens when you have no more clothes you can take off (within decency)?

Plus every apartment has to have heat, most don't have central air.

Plus you can't play ice hockey in the summer, yeesh!

The whole idea of "it's easier to keep warm with loads of clothes", is bullshit, if the air is cold it will hit your face unless you have a skimask.
I don't like walking around with 5 jackets on to keep warm, I end up moving around like the michelinman

    Hot hot hot!!!

I really can't live in a proper way in cold. I think that's because I use too much water on my daily basis. And in the cold it's unpleasant just to wash your hands!

And what's the point with the "clothes excuse" thing? I feel comfortable with or without clothes. That's pointless. Think about the moments that you just can't do anything about the clothes, like in the short interval when you left the bath or use water to clean something.

Also, a hot environment is just better for skin and hair.

When I grow up I'll have a house in the north hemisphere and live there the half part of the year. Pursuing summer all the time is an ideal life style!

I love the cold, its such a rare novelty in Georgia when it snows. 2 years we got snow and ice so bad that I had to drive 4 miles on my atv to pick up a friend who's 18 wheeler got stranded.

I eventually hate them both. In the winter I'm praying for it to be warm and in the summer all I want is cold. But, If I had to pick it'd be cold. Where I live it's 100-90 in the summer and 35-20 in the winter. deg F

Cold when it's hot and vice-versa. Surely a heat stroke is the best cure for frostbite.

Cool light jacket weather, that's where it's at (Mid-late autumn). Especially if you don't really need a coat once you start walking for a bit.

The colder the better. Keeps the goddamn YOLOs off the streets.

One of my best memories is having a walk in -53C. Four blissful hours without bass and the stench of weed.

Cold is great until the wind picks up. Then it turns downright evil.

For me the perfect weather is +20c, cloudy and without any wind.
    It feels just right.

Well yeah, that's just about perfect. Just warm enough you don't need a jacket, but not so warm you're sweating all over.

Throwing a slow moving, cool breeze of in there would be ideal. Nothing like windy blowing hair.
