So I went into a games store and found a strange Xbox, its a green translucent shell with a black jewel just like the halo version, but it doesn't say halo anywhere on the console. I don't think its European as I saw Canada on the back, I can post some pics when I get home, anyone know what console this is ?

The European release was followed by a limited release in Canada as the Extreme Green Bundle. This included a green console, Controller S, 2 months of Xbox Live! service, plus both Project Gotham Racing 2 and Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge. It was released in Spring 2004 for a retail price of $229.00 Canadian.

I have one but it's Euro and is 220v, more could be told by the serial number sticker I suppose. Don't plug it in until you confirm the voltage sticker on the back.

And for some extra confusion, there are debug kits without the Debug text :p

Thanks that's probably what this is considering its not a debug (retail dash) and it works on a Canadian outlet.

    X2

there was also a non-bundled version of the extreme green. It came in the same case as retail and had a sticker that said "Extreme Green" on it. As far as I recall, neither made it to the U.S

Translucent Green systems made it in other countries other than Canada. Came out in Europe and UK.

Not when it comes to releasing games and systems, guess you haven't seen enough PAL releases to really know... Reason why I said 'and'.

Ha wow, I've been lucky and also found the other version as well. I'll keep this photo for records sake. It's actually just a sleeve for the front of the box, the box is again the same as the retail box behind the front sleeve.
