The crazy thing is I bet you could actually hook up the Genesis, Sega CD AND 32X with it...........AT THE SAME TIME!

Yeah! Exactly! Look at the space between each plug. It'd be perfect!

Off Topic: It's 12:04am and Song 2 by Blur just started blasting in my 14 year old sister's room...

Waaaay back when I got my 32X and plugged everything up I noticed I wasted a 6 plug power strip just for it...

I allways thought to myself "wouldnt it be nice if there was dedicated powerstrip, it should be black to match the systems and have extra space between the plugs to fit the AC adapters, even cooler if it had the SEGA letters between the plugs!"

And then about 10 years later I found a picture of this online!! Uncanny! Just like I imagined it :D

    Once in a great while...

I've seen them on eBay on VERY rare occasion (maybe one or two a year), usually they actually sell pretty cheap but are used so you never know how long it will actually work for you.

Ah, so they did actually come out! I was thinking maybe it was just something that didn't. I guess I'll keep an eye on ebay.

I've got one somewhere. Pulled it out of a Microplay store that was going out of business. They were using it until the day they closed, so it seems pretty sturdy. I didn't pay more than a couple bucks for it. Didn't realize it was rare, I just thought it was cool!

I saw one once in some mom&pops store.

It was kinda expensive for a power strip, many times the price of a generic one.

I'm sure I've seen generic white ones here in Japan specially spaced out for big PSUs. I could do with one myself. Next time I see them I'll find out how muchthey are. I'd like the Sega one more though :)

Yeah, the Sega one would be much nicer. Either would be very cool to own, considering how many stupid power adapters I have. Right now it's me unplugging whatever I'm not using at the moment.

I could do with a US/JPN powerstrip really, rather than owning multiple step-downs I could have one high wattage one with a power strip connected to it... All I'd have connected to it is a MD/MCD/SS/DC - would it cope?

I hate swapping plugs round in the stepdown.

I actually have this power strip, and I've been using it since the days of the Sega CD/32X (I forget when it was released). I've never had a problem with it, and yes, you can have all the old Sega add-ons plugged in at once with this.

If anyone's interested, I can post some hi-res pics of this.
