I just went out to get some food, and on the way back saw a cardboard box sitting on top of a bin with some wires poking out of the top. Had a look inside, and there was a transparent blue Xbox in there with all the cables and some games. Works too! One mans trash and all that...
Wow,. Lucky find. I just hope it was rubbish and not some poor bugger who left it there for a minute while he popped back in to the house to get something.
It was very conspicuously placed right on top of the bins - I suspect the person that threw it out suspected that someone might be interested in it, hence the box. Incidentally, this isn't the Kasumi-chan unit, it's just a plain transparent blue Asia market release.
Wow very cool. I do remember some of my friends telling me their parents tossed their old PS2s and such away when they moved out. Gives me a little hope that someone took it to a good home and it didn't make it to the landfill.
You just gotta give those analog sticks a good clean haha. A little crusty. This is awesome, though. That's a great find.
