What are some strange and non-standard multiplayer multiplayer modes you love

    Bunny hopping in Counter Strike Source/Gmod. Gmod tower mini games. Fat Kid in Halo 3. Super bouncing in Halo 2.

    Actually, it is a feature. When entities become "stuck" in the level geometry, they are forced out.

    On the subject of Halo, always loved the modded gametype for Halo 2 that made you start with no weapons, only plasma grenades. 16 player Free-for-all sticky matches on Midship were hectic.

    It is, but the one new feature (where your class is defined by the weapon you carry), really does change the game so much for the better, I think. Plus the whole game mode is done so well (including the very well done bots) that the game is just so hugely enjoyable.

    It's a really nice concept I haven't actually seen done anywhere else. It's a third person shooter that uses weapons as if they were 3D Mario powerups.



    I thought of another one I loved to play, but can't remeber the name of, it was a TF2 mod where you build a base in an almost empty map and then play capture the flag or such gameplay mode.
