What do hit and run victims think of games where you get to run over people?

You do realize there are still isolated places in Africa where people live like that? It wasn't a case where Capcom thought "These people don't exist anymore but that is the perception so let's toss them in there anyway.". Furthermore you didn't find them in the cities at the start of the game but in an isolated area where they would be.

I used to get punched up at school, but I still play fighting games. I honestly never relate video games to life events, I just think people look into video games too much within their personal life. That's how I see it anyway...

 

I was bullied at school but i used a few moves from streets of rage 2 to help me out i know not to go too far.
but now i don't but games are cool.

 

First one had a "swastika" (actually a manji...) shaped dungeon. No idea about the propaganda bit though.

 

Have you thought about how people who got carjacked feel about GTA?
Or people who got tortured, been victims of attempted murder or got their business raided?

I've been hit by a car 3 times, 2 times it was a hit and run by some speeding idiots. The third time it was my own fault, and the "perp" was a good guy who got scared shitless and helped me anyway he could.
Before and after these experiences i've loved to run people over in GTA.

I always find it hilarious that people get all teary eyed over something like RE5, yet shit like this is not only perfectly acceptable, but is both "comical" and marketed toward children. Think I could get the developer to run a kickstarter going for a sequel only centered around a non-Caucasian ethic group?

I just noticed IGN's review of that game on the link above. Take your favorite ethic slur, put it in place of the first word of the game's title every time the reviewer says it, and then enjoy the fun.

 

Wow WTF? I ask one simple question and you turn this thread into a shitstorm, where the fuck did I said these games traumatize people? I was just asking if someone who had been in a serious car accident felt uneasy when playing a game where you get to run over people.

Thats it, I didnt say these games are immoral (GTA is really fun) or should be banned, it just never occur to me what people who got runned over might thing of it, so I asked for opinions

Maybe you should've asked if people feel uneasy when reading dumbshit stupid questions about things that are obvious to everyone with some kind of sense in their meat heads? That way all of this could've been avoided.
