what do you consider a budget title game

not all games that 505 licenced where budget titles

for example hm a wounderful life was published by 505 in the pal regions and i dont see that game as a budget title

 

It's a solid collect-athon with a unique twist concerning the boomerangs. It's long, with varying, imaginative worlds; though the accents get pretty annoying after a while and there are a few too many races and escort missions, the tense and difficult boss battles more than make up for it. Though not perfect by any means, it does, for me, hold its place among other platformer games such as Banjo Kazooie.

I liked Digimon Rumble Arena, it was a budget title. Cheap price on release, cash in on a series, and came out 2 years after the PS2 came out.

 

I do hope English is your second language. If it's not, you need to stop playing video games and stop posting on forums; get hold of a book on basic English grammar and punctuation and read the damn thing.
