Playing Soul Calibur 3 (X, Setsuka, Cassie) and Tekken 5 (Anna, Xiao) in arcades and occassionally on PS2. Am playing DOA 2 (Helena, Lei Fang) on DC to prepare myself for DOA 4 (not really sure whether to get Xbox 360 now or to wait for it to be bunded with HD-DVD drive). Will be abandoning all the fighting games I'm playing to pick up VF5 (Aoi, Sarah) once it hits the arcade.
The latest one I played, yesterday afternoon, was Line Kill Spirits (or something similar) for the PC. A friend came and installed it on my machine. Yay for lolicon panty-shot based fighting action with cameras.
I've been dividing my time between VF4 and Melee (don't laugh, Melee is deeper than you'd think). A friend has been slowly getting me into Soul Calibur, thanks in part to the awesome create a character feature, but it's just not what I want from a fighter. I like to really have to work for my KOs.
These days I just generally play Astra Superstars or Street Fighter Zero 3 on the Saturn. Right now those are the only 2 fighting games that really capture my attention. Though I am looking forward to Street Fighter 2 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 on Xbox Live Arcade (even though I could still play both on the Satty ). I really wish an arcade perfect Killer Instinct would get brought to XBLA. That would be awesome.
none but I have NeoGeo BattleColiseum Atomiswave cart waiting to be played. Need to find a tool so I can fix my cabinet.
Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution is fantastic. Tekken 5 is my 2nd favourite. Street Fighter Zero 3 and Neo Geo Battle Colliseum from the 2D ones. I still need to get tons of games like Soul Calibur 3, Guilty Gear (all), Bloody Roar 2, ...
Marriage! Just kidding. But are all you guys playing 1 player games? I always found fighting games had to be 2 player. CPU play just gets old to me.
Holy crap! I've played that game! There's also that other one my friend showed me called Battle Raper I think. That game was god damn wierd!
KOF Neowave (xbox) at the moment. I pretty much have all the SNK and Capcom fighting games released on the Xbox. Aside from my MVS cart collection, that's pretty much it at the moment.
Super Smash Bros. Melee. The video for Brawl has me wanting to get back in the swing. I'm going to be ready for this Fall!
