White labels are simply PAL discs which are sent to reviewers. Normally completed code, although not always fully bugtested.

Hi crissybwoy, yes that GD-ROM is Sonic Adventure Trial Version for E3, you can select Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, Amy etc from the beginning and the level too. Is region free. Some pics:

I've always wondered, are the levels slightly altered than the levels in the retail version?
