What is this AV cable for?

Honestly I like the challenge of the chase! This time I got to figure it out with help of course! What do you think the value is? And is that connector for resetting the console? If I can get the cord for a cheap enough price I will get it. I do not have a use for it at the moment but in the future you never know! I am sure that if I needed one I would have to make it!

 

Value is hard to determine, sometimes people are lucky enough to get a kiosk unit for $70... So for a cable I wouldn't go any higher than $15-$20 personally as it's useless without the spitter kit.
