I would have thought it was service centre stuff, although it doesn't look like official Nintendo stuff. It looks like those dodgy mobile phone discs you get on eBay with unlocking tools and such. Why the hell would Nintendo put skyscrapers on their disc? Could it be a copy of the official service disc? http://www.electricpickleonline.com/?p=38 Whilst that has a dodgy font, too, it still has the Nintendo seal, note!
I got the discs in today, and I can confirm that they are wii discs. I haven't decided to dump them yet, wii is pretty much open to piracy but this data might be harmful. I was going to dump it using dvdtosd, unless someone can suggest a better method.
You can use homwbrew to dump Wii games using Wii Dumper.You just run it thru the homebrew channel and can dump a disc to a sd card,Usb hdd or thru WiFi.
