Probably also PC Engine, because its just a bit different and has some funky-ass accessories. Either that or the NES, simply due to the hours I put into Mario and zelda (completed super mario bros. before I could read )
PCE for me. I was feeling extravagant the other day so went and and sat on a hill near my gaff armed with my duo, battery pack and monitor, sitting might I add in comfort on my virtual cushion. Well ok, I didn't, just took the gt, but I could have..the pce's so cool, yay me. Saturn and MD are a close second though.
Even though I have only three games for it, I'd have to say the Saturn, with the Playstation coming in a close second.
Xbox I was getting burnt out on games prior to the launch of the Xbox. For some reason, the Xbox reignited my interest in gaming and has maintained my interest throughout.
Japanese Mega Drive, by far (since arcade doesn't count). The game library (lots of good shooters and platformers) and hardware (lovely soundchip, fast processor) combined makes one hell of a system.
1. N64 - Love the games I have with it 2. PSP - Love the fact I can play NES/SNES/GBC/Genesis roms on it! 3. Dreamcast - Love my Sonic Adventure experience!
Favorite console, as in "system with coolest games lineup": SNES, Dreamcast Favorite console, as in "nicest piece of hardware": Victor Wondermega RG-M1, PC-Engine Duo-R
Well, as Yakumo said, this definately is a Gamefaqs topic...but hey...they're fun every now and then. That said... I'm nuts for NES, PCE, DC, Saturn SNES...2600, Colecovision...those are probably the ones that make me happiest when I get a game I don't have. But honestly, I like pretty much all systems...theres very few that don't appeal to me. I'm looking at you 3DO.
We've done this before haven't we? ...Oh well, here goes: 1 = Xbox Development Kit (with Raptor setup ) 2 = Nintendo NPDP-GDEV (with ODEM setup) 3 = SEGA Dreamcast Development Kit (with SCSI setup) 4 = SEGA MEGACD (with MD) 5 = N64 6 = SNES
