Since we are talking about CRT tvs. I got a 40 inches XBR800 HD that's not working and won't power on. After that I found the guys from the arcade monitor chassis factory that claims to be able to adapt a arcade monitor chassis to this CRT tube. I can't really imagine how glorious this will be. Right now I can't recommend anything else than Arcade monitors. Get one, get a female SCART jack solder 5 wires, be happy with one of the best imagines you will get. Oh and don't forget to get an amplifier and 2 speakers for the audio. This is the best combo I could find and normally goes for a few bucks. CRT arcade monitors are easy to spot and old marantz amplifiers are also easy.
