I am currently working on my biggest Mod project so far, a Game gear consolization, work in progress is updated in real time here.
    http://www.sega-16.com/forum/showth...old-dirty-broken-Game-Gear-found-in-the-trash

Otherwise i did more repairs than actual mods but lets see:

    Colecovision Composite mod.
    Original Famicom AV mod
Famicom AV RGB Mod with Flabo PCB.
    Playstation modchip install
    Saturn Modchip install
    Xbox Modchip install
Original Xbox hacking with HDD and cable replacement.
    TG16 Svideo mod
Sega Genesis Svideo + stereo RCA mod ( done this one at least twice )
    SNES simple Component mod
    Gamecube Region switch
Xbox 360 reflow + extensive cooling and airflow mods
Done some case modification on computers.

Edit: Oh and i extensively modded an X-arcade stick and made custom adapters to use it on pretty much anything

Sega Genesis: Military spec CPU-Overclocked, switch to real SRAM instead of PSRAM, region mod, gold plated RCA stereo sound jacks, and a YM3438 sound chip replacement..

Most of the mods were just for shits and giggles and don't really change much, like the RAM. But I did it anyway.

Genesis: Lifted pin 50 on VDP to eliminate RGB Jailbars

    Neo-Geo: Consolized a 2 slot mvs board

Saturn: Installed modchip and S/PDIF mod

Snes Jr: RGB Mod, LED Mod, Cut tabs, S/PDIF Digital Audio Mod (I highly recommend this mod if you use your SNES with headphones or sound system)

Recently carried out my first console mod. I installed a SuperCIC chip in a PAL SNES, supplied by the awesome @Bad_Ad84!

A few years ago i installed coloured LED's into the A,B,X,Y buttons of an Xbox 1 controller. Looked pretty cool!

    EDIT:

Does this relate to/is the same as the issue i have with my Mega Drive 1? See video posted here: http://www.assemblergames.com/forum...-PAL-I-Mega-Drive-1-Distorted-Picture-in-60hz

Recently I went ahead and started doing some modding. I'm a beginner at soldering but I think the effect is pretty good for a first time :)

I plan on changing the front panel LEDs on the TSOP'd 1.1 (with green LED ports).

Just built my first SNES and Saturn to PS1 adapters by Mojo. Works with the Usb adapter as well, so no need to build the multi-purpose pcb yet, and I'm dreading that.

I started this project back in September, and I was frustrated on why the t2313s didn't work, and it turned out I got a bad batch, and three so far don't work. I didn't pay too much for 10, so I'm fine for now.

Now to hunt for some cheap enclosures and enjoy some ps2 gaming! :)

    Dreamcast VGA
    Xbox modchip install
    Xbox 360 JTAG
    Xbox 360 Slim RGH
    GBA backlit screen
    Wii modchip install
    Dreamcast modchip install
AES Component, power LED and Unibios mods

Currently working on Saturn BIOS, 50/60hz switchless mod, modchip installation, making wireless controller and adding CD activity LED. Taking way too long though. I also have a PSOne, NES, SNES, Nomad and N64 sitting at home waiting to be as modded as possible.

Military spec parts run at greater temp ranges, often radiation shielded, etc.

Its just a higher spec version of the same chip, able to withstand more etc. Not really going to make any difference, but neat to do I guess.

From what I remember the last mod I do was:
Neo geo MVS MV1C consolize in a Saturn case and some custom paint
Hybrid NES front loader with a famicom slot on top and some custom paint
OG Xbox modchip install, HD replacement and some custom paint
Last one a Genesis model2 jamma with a sound amp

Now trying to fix a curse atomiswave that is giving the damn error 01 and maybe if fixed going to consolize.
Almost forgot Blaze PS twin stick modding to work as arcade joystick for the super gun and consolize pcbs.

    What I have done

    1 Fat Gameboy backlight
4 Gameboy Pocket backlights, one of them was for my sister and I wasn't satisfied with the first 2. I'm actually not satisfied with any of them except the original fat DMG which isn't a pocket.
I ripped the tabs out of the SNES for Japanese games
I have'nt done anything else I joined this forum to seek help with modding systems.

Projects I am going to do eventually some sooner than others

Sega Saturn mod chip, The chip is coming in the mail now
    Gamecube region switch
    PS2 softmod
Gameboy pocket pro sound jack and more back lights
    NES top loader composites
    Ps1 modchip
Sega Genesis mods when I find good enough guides

I added an external reset switch to my N64! It's not exactly a difficult mod, but it's the only bit of soldering I've ever done, so I was pleased with it! It's useful because the Everdrive 64 (an N64 flash cartridge that plays N64 game roms and modded games) needs to be reset to save gamesave data to the ED64's SD card, plus when you reset (or turn on) the N64 with the ED64 in it, then you get a menu from which you can load any game you choose.

I also soft modded my PS2 so I can play games from it's hard drive (using Free McBoot, and Open PS2 Loader), which is fantastic.

When I bought my original XBox, I had it modded (mod chip) whilst I was in the shop.

I've always intended to get my XBox 360 or PS3 modded when the homebrew scene took off, but as far as I know it never has. Plus since my original XBox plays media (movies and music), plus emulators then I don't really need to mod another console, as the original XBox is a great media player and emulation machine.
