hehe same here cahaz. I got a NES for Christmas in 1992 (I think it was 1992, yeah my parents are cheap :p), stuck with it for years and then sold it :Hangman:

However, I got back into collecting in 2002, starting with a friends' N64 (on which I played a lot of games during the previous years) and I'm still collecting :smt023

My first videogame was a NES clone. Then Master System, then Mega Drive, then Sega CD, then Saturn and that's it so far :smt043

(1991) Gameboy, Game Gear, SNES... (resume in 1996) NES... the rest of my shits from 1998+

My best memories are of SNES/Genesis, my favorite era thus was 16-bit. Thats odd because I think my favorite console is the Famicom.

First game system I got when I was six, which was a Colecovision. However my dad thought that thing stank and returned it a week later, and came home with an Odyssey 2 (for some reason I'll never understand.)

After that it was pretty slim pickin'd in my house for a few years. Dad stuck with the Atari 8-bit computers for a while (400, 800, XE) then moved on to Macs and finally PCs, which sometimes had cool games but usually didn't. At 13 I finally got an NES (it was 1989 by this time and it was on the way out, but I didn't care.) Got SNES at 17, 3DO at 18, then I got my first job and have been collecting ever since. I now have over 40 different systems, including hand helds.
