What the difference between DTL-H30101 & DTL-H30001

I think that it'll likely work because that's the (homebrew'ish) known location Master Disc data. But probably nobody found such a thing before and the difference between storing the Master Disc data on sectors 14/15 instead of 12/13 is hence not known.

 

From my experience Master Disc sector always start at offset 0x7000 on any disc image (even CD-R. Remember this offset is for images without the ECC data).

Also keep in mind that the PS2 LOGO data needs to be proper. If it's not, the disc won't boot from the OSD (but the drive will unlock regardless of the logo data as long the Master Disc sector is proper).
