I have too many but i need to start playing some of my GC games as well as actually playing right through my PC games.

 

Aye, it's a fucking shame, isn't it? I've got a backlog on every console, and let's not even get started on the handhelds. I wish there was a button I could press to just stop the world so I could spend a few months/years playing everything I want to play. Even then I don't know if I could cope with everything that's being released on current hardware.

Same here. But I've actually finally started working on it.
I've finished Orange Box, MGS 2,3,4 and a few more games over the past month.
Right now I'm playing through some N64 games.

Same. I've been some months withouth getting a single game, I want to beat all the RPGs I have unbeaten.

I know, theres actually good games coming out the past few years and thats a killer. I think the reason I buy so many games is because I never pay retail unless it's really important.

I failed though, I bought GTA4 for 20$ off ebay. I usually don't like those kind of games but the multiplayer looks hilarious.

The multiplayer is garbage. It'll really annoy you if anyone in the game has bad lag...rubberbanding galore. Plus the game options are so-so at best. Not to mention dealing with jerkoffs who cook off grenades in team objective matches (bomb da base ii, etc.) while in vehicles, killing most (if not all) of your crew. Kicking players out of matches in-game is an annoying process (everyone else has to bring up their phone, select the douche nozzle's tag, then choose kick...moving thru several other things along the way). It would've been easier to do this thru the scorecard (bring up score card, highlight douche nozzle's tag, select vote to kick). Even easier (tho easier to abuse) would be to let the host have kicking ability.

Flat out, the multiplayer in GTA4 is boring. I gave up on it long ago.

 

Well fuck. On the 360 version or PS3? I'm planning on playing with only friends so maybe that will help.

 

dude it is really fun messing around in the Free Roam mode. basically you're just running around and killing each other/cops/civillians. good stuff with 3 or 4 people. sorta like messing around in Crackdown except no AWESOME super powers.
