    You need Android 2.1 or higher to access the Play Store I think. He may not have access to it. Or the game may have not been released in China.

    Wait, has it even been released in the US? I didn't see it on Google Play (and I have Ice Cream Sandwich).
    Of course, if you have an emulator, there are puyo games for the Genesis you can get.

    Edit build.prop to identify as different device.
    Connect to store with spoofed device type.
    Profit!
