hey guys sorry if this is the wrong place to post this i couldn't find a good spot so feel free to move it, a friend and I have been developing a gameboy advance game, and we wanted to do a limited run of 100 cartridges, i'll be able to print out the cases in 3d printing filament, but what i havent been able to find is a flashable cartridge or a cheap bootleg supplier that will flash my rom to the carts if anyone has any ideas or ants to help please message me or comment thank you

    a) I really wish I could give some seriously helpful suggestions or directions, but I think you can probably just buy flash carts and just flash the ROM to it and do it that way, or maybe consider attempting to make the boards yourself. The GBA cart PCB doesn't look _too_ terribly complicated, just two chips, and a few resistors etc etc.

    b) If this does work out, I totally wanna buy one of these.

    Good luck.

    Perhaps this would do?

I know a guy who went EVERYWHERE for EZ Flash IVs and his conclusion was that most had 0 stock due to them not being made anymore and were merely trying to gauge interest at finding more stock. eBay prices are high but that is because it is a quality item. I still need to get one more so I can do 4 player Zelda Four Swords.

You underestimate the difficulty of cloning a PCB greatly.

You got lucky, I tried to buy from them a few months ago and they kicked my payment back saying they were out of stock for months.

They had notices that they were stocking up at the time.

Someone must've found a box of them in the back. Neat. Now I can finally get enough carts together for a few projects I have going.

They sure seem to and while I trust Ali Express I'm not sure about this seller. If there was a demand for these things I'd probably stock a few but I'm not sure it's worth my time.

I just bought one EZ IV and two of the small single flash Fire linkers. I already had one of those but they are pretty cool for single game repros.

All too common unfortunately which is why I haven't been advocating anyone buy from them. I tried to at one point but they said their system wasn't updated and they had ran out of stock. Gave me a prompt refund. I'd try doing a chargeback if you used a credit card, they don't always work but it is always worth a try. Given they're quite expensive to handle from the retailer's perspective enough chargebacks might get their attention.

Do they have their stock stateside as well as ship from here?

those "128M GBA NDS Rom Flash Card LPT port (parallel)" are NOT usb at all (its a random logo on the box.)
also I got 2 of them from DX (they dont sell them anymore) and both not realy working. I flashed Doom on them and it kinda works, no savegame.
And some kirby game, but others fails, 1 time I burned a NES compilation card and only 2 games worked and then the card refused to work.

    Bottom line, dont buy the
http://www.dhgate.com/product/128m-...ort-parallel/152121329.html#s1-1-1|2472897727 if you dont know wich mapper or if it works with your game, if it works, good luck. (I used a Japanese flash programm on my old laptop and a program on My DS to flash games to it, that worked ok)

You can't get new EZ FLASH IV's in the UK and haven't been able to for years because they were one of the few cartridges ruled illegal :/.
You can make your own cartridge, might be cheaper to do so for a run of 100 :)

I have one of those and it works fine, if you can figure out the program to burn them. I put metroid fusion on it and it works great and saves games. Only problem I have with it is somehow the contacts are a bit finicky and often does not work on the first try.
