    Hi guys!
I have an offer for 3 CRT monitors and don't know which is the best for retro consoles.

Prices are the same for all monitors.
I think, the best option is PVM-20M2MD, because has a 2 lines with RGB.
I don't have a Framemeister, onlyy RGB consoles - PCE, SMD2, DC, PS1&2 and componnent consoles - Famicom, N64, SNES.
    What do You think?

I would say get the PVM-20M2MD - incidentally, it's only that medical version that has the two component / RGB inputs, so you can consider yourself lucky. The "M2" means it has a 600 TV line resolution tube in it - the is actually the lower resolution version ("M4" is 800 TVL), but in my opinion it's a better match for video games than the M4.

The other PVM is a significantly older model - it's still a good monitor, but if they are the same price then getting the newer one (especially with 2 RGB inputs) is the obvious thing to do.

I don't know the last one at all - the rear panel looks sort of familiar (JVC? Panasonic?), but I've never heard of the vendor.

Ok, I have this 20M2MD at home, but not connected yet.
I made this SCART<=>BNC cable using this diagram:
but not sure that is correct. Should be CVBS connected to pin no. 19 or 20?
    19 is composit video output
    20 is composit video input

    Is it correct?
    Maybe this diagram is correct:

    ?
    I'm a little bit confused :/

Composite/sync goes to pin 20. This is how I have my cable wired.

First diagram is good but need to rewire this pin 19 to pin 20? No resistor no caps needed?

I think wookiewin on ebay sells some pretty good scart to bnc, if you decide you dont want to make your own/mess up.

Honestly I would go with the higher line count but thats me, I think one of those might support 480P, however there is a very solid chance they are only 480i. I cant find the Manuals at the moment, but that last medical one I think is a PVM-1343
    MD.

Ok, I've rewired pin no. 19 to pin no.20 and it works like a charm :)
Now I need to try 240p test suite on DC and adjust the screen.
    Thanks guys!

I have i little problem with PC Engine RGB modded.
It was working OK on my PVM, but after I turned on other console (SMD2) the fuse in PCE blow off. I'm using 5 ports SCART switch like that:
The fuse is new now, but console not working correctly. Image looks like an image without sync.
Do I need BNC-SCART cable with LM1881n or RGB mod in PCE is broken?
