    XL for me. I'm not all that fat, I just dislike tight t-shirts.

    On a side note, does this friend have the ability to silkscreen onto acrylic/Plexiglas? I've been having trouble finding a shop that does that sort of thing.

    You may want to consider getting some vinyl work done for it. I worked in a place that did it, for work experience. Very sticky. Don't think it will come off.

    Few questions:
    How much are they?
    I understand silk screened shirts are good so the design wont go shit.
    what are the quality/brand of the shirts printed to. I want to know in advance so I can get a size or 2 larger for when they shrink.
