Who's played 'Call Of Duty 2' P.C Demo?

I know it's been out a while, but only got round to playing it today...

...Mind you it takes like an hour to d/l nearly700mb, 4 minutes to install and 2 minutes to complete, lol...

BUT it's lovely, anyone who hasn't yet given it a bash, go for it, absolutely stunning.

 

Played it. Looks great, although I was greatly dissapointed on how many things were bolted down and couldn't move. Still, the game seems to run just fine on older systems.

 

Will try it soon. I love Call of Duty.

 

I'm suprised they still used the QUake3 engine on this game.

 

i played it ir was great not to mention i was reading something saying its going to be 59.99 when it comes out

 

Was that for PC, or Xbox 360? I know the Xbox 360 one will cost $59.99; didn't know the PC one will cost that much.

 

I have it downloaded, trying to find time to transfer it over to my friends dual 7800gtx machine :\

 

The demo is great and I was pleased to see that you didn't really need a real high-end PC to play it. It ran well at 1680x1050 16:10 widescreen on my laptop with just a mobile P4 at 2.4 GHz with 512MB ram and Geforce4 64MB. I can somewhat imagine what it would look like on a gaming PC...

For me, it only got real slow when the particle effects showed-up (like smoke).

 

it was the pc release also some on is selling one on ebay for 59.99 last time i look
