Why is it? (careless pictures)

    For me 99% of the time any discs I sell always stay in their case. For DVD movies, I take the disc out and lay it on a clean piece of white paper. As long as you are careful, the discs will not get scratched. DVD/CD/GD etc. are pretty durable, I think people are sometimes overly sensitive when handling the discs.

    For electronics or bare PCBs, I lay them on the anti-static bag in which it is stored. I have never had a problem with ESD and I never use a ESD wrist strap when working on my PC. You just need to remember to ground yourself on something metal like the PC case, house steam radiator etc.
