WII just got some spark back in its system: The Awsome World of "Mad World" Mwhoaa!!!

All I can think of is Gary Jules cover of that Tears for fears song.....
and expect a million people on You Tube to do the same thing

which will in effect ruin the only reason I have to consider getting a Wii right now (well besides no more heroes)

 

Well been playing this for most of the day & i have to say LOL it's been pretty fun. I didnt struggle with either the controls or the camera like most people seem to be doing. The soundtrack is pretty crappy as i hate hiphop crap rap, luckily they anticipated this & you can turn the volume down on all parts to suit your taste. I left the commentar on full as its piss funny, don't care if it repeats as i found it funny 99% of the time.

Theres probably a good reason this isn't hitting japan apart from the gore, theres no way they could translate the commentary & still keep it intact.

 

I don't understand how that statement makes since since the game was developed by a Japanese team.

 

Just because a game is made by a japanese team dosen't mean anything, the fact is the humor wouldn't translate well if at all & would probably have to totally rewritten as many of the phrases & slang terms probably don't even exist in japanese.

 

I really wished they could have made this a spilt screen affair like Gears of War.

I mean I like co-op play cause it gives you a chance to hang out with friends. And between school and everything you only have so much time.

Plus this seems like it would've been the perfect fit.. What gives?

 

It was errors then (which happen on occasion). Their policy is no computer software or games sold abroad. Hardware, CDs, and books only for the most part.

 

This is true, all amazon regions have this policy. Also extends to toys & games & pretty much everything else amazon sell. Unless its a cd/dvd/book then your screwed basically.

The cruel thing is bloody amazon send me emails telling me about their amazing sales they are having, lol yeah thanks for that considering i can't buy anything as it's all stuff you wont ship :lol: teasing bastards.

 

I finished Mad World last night, a fantastic trip down basic fun gameplay. The music while shitty hip hop rap crap did fit the game very well and to be honest didn't bother me at all. The cometary is soooooo funny! It'S been a long time since I laughed out loud at a game.

If you own a Wii and love good old beating the shit out of stuff type game play then you'd have to be living in a Mad World not to buy this.

Still they should've had a co-op multiplayer mode. Would it have been that hard to have made?
I mean I'm such a freaking recluse. The more multiplayer games the better, and this would've been a damn fun one.

 

Awesome game. I was surprised at how little the announcers repeated themselves. Just wish that it was a little bit longer.
