    Blame all those years of Mortal Kombat in the arcades and consoles for my violent beat-em-up preference. :110::nod::020::rambo:

    That said, I do enjoy Soul Calibur for example, but come on, hitting someone with an axe and no blood?

    On the above point i think the rating commitees should get their heads out of their ass. Blood in games is desirable. Why? Because when some 10year old kid plays a game like soul calibur and doesn't see any blood, he might assume that cutting his buddy with a knife will be fine too, no blood involved. What's wrong with presenting reality the way it is? U get cut, u bleed, there's nothing inheritely "wrong" about the natural routine of bleeding when injured (unlike bad language which is a social issue). One may suggest that many are disgusted by the presence of blood. Those people are disgusted by it no matter the age, above or below 17/18. That's why there's the option menu :cool:
