Wii U Fire Sale (32GB Premuim $110) South Africa?

Interesting, because we don't get Australian consoles in Australia. Well a small percent anyway, we usually get UK versions of games, and consoles.

 

Just checked the Wii-u system is (EUA) the Wii systems were RVL-101(AUS) on the product code, unless AUS means something different

 

Sounds more like a sales fuckup/bug than an actual promotion

Unless nintendo really is that desperate...

 

Nah that's about right. Newer Nintendo stuff is like US/JP/KR/UK/EU/AU/CN or something since they all have specific shops. Tied to the console itself instead of the account used.

I guess they are just liquidating stock to create a cashflow to keep things rolling. Most likely before the massive pricedrop they hardly sold any Wii U unit. The same happened to the mighty fine Dreamcast around the globe within months after release.

 

They were already loosing money at the original price....

They are playing their ultimate try : lower the price to build a decent wii u "park".

If it's not working, we can say goodbye to the Wii U
