    I'm pretty sure I follow you on IG. Nice pickups regardless.

    @Conker69
    Could you show some footage of the first-party Nintendo demos?

    be careful, some gamepad have a different firmware.

    Nintendo does 2 firmwares for the wired gamepad (maybe more) :
    - DEV firmware
    - Retail firmware (EUR USA JPN ??)

    it's work like region lock ;)

    EDIT: your hdd version is may be broken if you have buy it on ebay.

    There is also a lot of different dev gamepad firmwares. So I guess that it is the same for kiosk firmwares. If the firmware on both unit and gamepad are the same, you don't need to do the pairing process when the gamepad is connected (wired) to the unit.

    it's hard to find (and i can't post picture) but you have a "retail" model.
    this model can read retail game & work like a wii u retail.
    it have 2 DRC output (gamepad 1 & gamepad 2) and need an extra power supply for gamepad.
    the gamepad use a retail firmware. (region locked)

    Got one update disc in the mail today. Sadly when I updated the system it deleted all the old content on the console. O well wonder what the next disc will add to the console.
    This one has playable demos of splatoon and new super Mario bros
