Correct, if they don't plan to use the development kit primarily for its sole purpose of development, and secondary as playing around with PN, then they are simply leeching.

 

But i'm not understanding the problem of leeching - if you have devkit and you play betas/reviews and downloading games - you will get banned sooner or later, right? But if you are developing something and download games - you will get banned too because you are downloading games, no difference or i'm wrong?

 

Do you not find it unfair to leak games from Pnet? The developers worked hard on those games, and then people leak them.

 

Its unfair to buy dev kit here...
I'm ready to pay for betas but nobody sell them...If you can't get them in other way - leak them. If you want to keep the games unleaked - don't upload them. Its unfair that i want to play bh 1.5 and i'm ready to pay ~500-1000$ for iso but nobody offers it to me. Lets stop talking about "fair"/"unfair" - nobody here is saint and not important what i find fair/unfair.I'm interested in this problem only from point of view "Does everyone who download pnet stuff getting other people in problems or only people who are not developing any things".
There are many ways how to not pay to devs for their final products. For me Pnet is a source of beta games and dev kit is "betalauncher". I'm not a "crazy" gamer who need everything possible for free - i need only few betas of few games.

Its very strange to read that someone who developing something on dev kit and downloading games is a cool guy and someone who only leak - dickhead. Can't understand why - both sorts of people are downloading .

that's not the point really, it should work perfectly. 0110 is a bitch to fix if i remember right. itchy isnt having much luck with theses kits :/

 

Yeah, I understand what you mean. But I suppose if you went to the right person they could do a good job on it. Itchy will sort you out geek, I doubt he would leave a customer in this situation.

Afterall this is a black market.. You had no right to buy it anyway, you took up the role to buy it, its with you, two months have passed, its now your problem.
