    Hello there guys,

I'm looking for some hacked SNES carts, I would like Final Fantasy V English translation (I have the JAP cart so ideally use this as donor)

Also, Starfox 2 and Secrets of Mana 2 or anything generally cool....

I'm looking for the best prices possible as it's more for a 'cool' show piece with occasional play rather than hardcore play time.
I'm also looking for someone who can mod my SNES to accept US and JAP games

    (I'm located in the UK.)

Hacked SNES carts ? Why bother, just buy SD2SNES.

Either way he has to mod the SNES for correct speed. Hacked carts or SD2SNES, won't change the console to 60hz.

I can ROM-swap SFC carts to turn them into the English version, however they will still be NTSC. I'd recommend going out and picking up a Super Famicom, but whatever works for you.

I'm not interested in this because it seems a little too piratey' to me... I prefer actual carts to be honest.

I for one lean toward the American model. Hacking up a SF for US games is ugly, and NTSC import adapters are scarce (identified by not having lockout pins).

By the time you buy like 4-5 repros, you could have bought a sd2snes and played everything.

Gamereproductions.com sells starfox 2. I don't a business with them more than a few and I am always pleased.

Ah, well; $100 in GBP doesn't work out so bad, I want the repros rather than an SD2SNES because I like the whole putting the cart in the machine and changing game etc etc, a device that does it all is too much like emulation for me so I like to keep as close to the original medium as possible if that makes any sense?
