I've got a press-pre release copy of halo. Didn't think that the value would rise up so much!

 

Is it different from the retail, or is it just a stamped review disc that just looks different?

 

I didn't check it side by side with the retail one, so I didn't notice any difference. I'll check it now, all this money made me curious

 

This is a concept of it: Thats only 18's but imma go 20's Its hard to find a 18 year old car in MN w/o any rust on it thats reasonable though. Can i play a bata on a orig xbox or do i have to get a DEV?

 

Even though you are offering something huge for it, im still very doubtful that it'll work. Youre going to need to just hang around here until youve gotten about 3 more orders of magnitude worth of posts before anyone will even consider it, and even then you'll be lucky to get one without a good connection in the business.

 

You'll need 128mb of ram to run the betas properly.

Hmm, I only know of one person with an actual Halo beta. It's quite ironic that he (or she, Sally) was banned as well. ;-)

 

I was just chillin and everyone attacked me. Halo beta aint nothin illegal, i know about 3-4 people who have one and would sell me it. But like yall been saying it is about $700+ to get it from them.

 

700? Isnt that a bit on the cheap side for something the magnitude of Halo?

 

id pay 1000.00 EASY for the E-3 build of halo 2 ^^ and it doesnt even have to be the ORIGINAL cd eather

I thought all the halo 2 betas were returned?

 

Considering how the e3 "build" was portrayed in the LE DVD, I doubt that it exists outside of Bungie, if only for the fact it wasnt on the show floor or anything.
