US WTB: wired Wii remote

    The kiosk one is only wired to provide power (and deter theft), other than that it's a normal controller... it still functions wirelessly. And literally have a large metal nut in the battery compartment to add weight.

    Edit: I'm guessing OP is looking for what Borman has. Interesting.

    Also if you search doesn't workout you might be able to convert a retail controller into the wired version (at least I'm pretty sure that would work someone should correct me if I'm wrong.). There is disassembled pictures in this post.

    In this thread, I was actually trying to identify the possibility of converting a wireless controller to a controller using a gamecube connector cable (like this one)

    But I haven't been able to find time to do it. And I am pretty sure that this is harder that I may think.
