It's definitely not a Bandai unit. There's no Bandai logo ANYWHERE. It's, as Kyuusaku was saying, Broadcast Satellaview. I think the confusion comes from the machine being referred to as "Bantai-Satellaview" in many websites. I have no idea whether "Bantai" means something similar to Broadcast. I have no idea if it was really "Bantai" (I don't know where that comes from). But it's not Bandai, that's definitely true. They (Bandai) did make a cart similar to the BSX rom cart, though, where you could put little carts with Sailor Moon, DBZ, or Gundam games, though - and they made lots of crazy crap back then, so that's another cause for confusion... Edit Also...guess what's the first thing that pops up if you google "satellaview"? http://assembler.roarvgm.com/Satellaview/satellaview.html Heh. And this one has good info about it. http://www.answers.com/topic/satellaview
That's because it's mostly off the Wikipedia, which has an insane amount of information about video game junk!
Total and complete rip from this, yeah. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satellaview And I usually look in Wikipedia first, also, which I didn't do this time. You are right, Zilog Jones
