I wasnt implying that XBMC would run on 360, just that a soultion other than running a new expensive OS is in order to stream HD video is in order.

Sometimes its just not feasible to have every system hooked up to one TV and reciever, so one cant always have say the Xbox hooked up.

If they want it to me my entertainment hub it needs to stream HD video with the OS 90% of people are running, play CD,s DVD,s Stream audio and pics.


I think my complaint quite valid.

You really should think a little bit before implying someone or thing smacks of stupidity. It might piss someone off someday.

 

I thought MS already had that firmware hack covered for the 360 when everyone made a stink about those kiosk discs being "hackable". They put that patch out and upset the mod scene pretty well.
