Reflow the GPU again as that might be causing the issue.

E74 is an Xbox 360 death sentence. You might be able to reflow it and get it to work for a little while, but the root problem is on the GPU side. Even with a proper reball, that GPU is going to die.

Enough with the gloom and doom, though. That graphical glitch is a GPU problem for sure. How are you actually reflowing? If you are using underpowered tools, you'll never actually heat the solder up enough to actually reflow it. Regular solder melts at 217C (~420F). For the Xbox, they used no-lead solder which can have a melt temperature 20C higher or more which could be in excess of 450F.

I don't want to assume in your case since I don't know you, but I have seen enough videos of people turning on Xboxes without fans to purposely overheat them and people trying to reflow with hair dryers and sticking them in the oven all day at 300 degrees and I'm here to tell you that none of those things will do what needs to be done. If you have flux, a reflow station and a preheating station to prep the underside of the board, there is still a good chance for failure, but I can at least try to help in that case.
