    1. No, you're not allowed to post the links!
    2. Neighbourhood can't connect to retail.

You could hook your HDD up to the PC via XSata or similar then create a program to do it. But not using the SDK, also your not alowed to re-distribute.

I am curious. What is the build number of the SDK that supposedly leaked?

    Most of these are watermarked.

Well the leaker should, if he/she cares about their job (or the job of their source).

This is one reason (among many) why you don't see the 360 SDK floating around. The vast majority of copies are watermarked. So if a copy is leaked to a select group of homebrew devs they DON'T pass it along. If they did, they would kill their source.

OK, granted :) Didn't think of that for a splitsecond....

But what if it's from a now dead company that went down the drain :D

First - That's only a PART of the SDK, Xbox Neighborhood.

Second - What's with all the nublets parading around with the Edelman leak of XBN?

I'm just glad that that's the only Edelman site they've found. It's dead after MS found out that people had found it. No updates there since last november

No need for anyone to get their panties in a bunch.

And why anyone's calling that site a "leak" is beyond me. That's about as logical as claiming that the Vista SP2 file on Microsoft.com is a "leak."

What Kishan linked to is an officially sanctioned Microsoft site. The company handles PR for Microsoft in Spain (hence the .es at the end of the domain).

All of the files on that site are made freely available by Microsoft with the intent of having them used by journalists, bloggers and pretty much anyone with a website who writes about video games.

In short, Microsoft is well aware of the site and what is on it. As an FYI, people at Microsoft are also aware of this site. If you don't believe me, ask Kev for a look at the access logs. ;)

So no. No one has discovered a major leak or a state secret here. You've posted the link to a Spanish press site. At the very least I suppose this will stop the idiots from trying to sell old versions of Neighborhood or recovery discs.
