So, I'm not too familiar with the slim Xbox 360 kits and what this one would be classified as. Sadly looks like someone removed a number of the stickers- but it looks to be the original case. What type is it and what's it worth?

Price range is about what Fate said. Problem is this isn't the original shell. Faceplate belongs, from what I can tell the rest is legit. The DVD drive is for sure a proto. Shell and back plate are from a retail I assume. Given the weird chrome decal, looks like it's from a 3rd party repair or modding firm such as an RGH modding business.

Regardless, $250-300. More of it had the stickered shell.

    Doing gods work XS

EDIT: Oh right if this is a proto then the fan is wrong, Not sure if they all had it but mine has a cooler master fan that spins the opposite way to retails.

The later versions had the regular fan, regular shaped HDD/caddy and regular psu. So it's a possibility, but just as much as it could have been replaced from a retail....

You know what fate6, I wonder if the outer shell was replaced in order for it to use the retail/final shape psu?

This is a possibility tho im thinking it might have been slated for destruction but was saved then removed from a probably damaged shell.

I think the shell is original- this inner part is stickers as well.

Interesting.... I stand corrected then. The lack of prototype stickers on back just seems odd someone would remove them....

I know... Wish I had more backstory on it, but there is nothing.

We so rarely ever have true history on them. Like my first corona final I got on eBay and it was inside a retail shell. No clue how or why.

That's what people will be saying in 10 years when they come across a GOW slim dev kit.
I would assume it was bought as JUNK from JP or CN and re-assembled using retail parts.

Possible it just didnt have stickers depending on how it was used. Cant tell if it looks like it was removed.

This could also stand true. I('ve) own(ed) several missing their stickers. Without back history, the world may never know...

All this really tells us is that the front and RF shield are original but could still be a retail shell.
