This thread helpfull or did you found the info there? https://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?24428-Xbox-Product-list Also still very intresting
Hi Yes have seen that thread, am looking for some more info about the Xbox Con XMode2 w/Gen (DO NOT USE) Can not seem to find anything anywhere
This whole thread confuses me. You want to know about an Xbox console, or an Xbox 360, like the title states?
Am looking for info on this particular model Xbox Con XMode2 It is an Xbox 360 S and supposedly some kind of dev console or similar Cant find out anything about it Hence the post asking for info looks just like a normal Xbox 360 S but is unable to play games from a disc
Looks like some dev/test kit. They aren't made to play retail games. The console is made to play debug signed (in development) games. Never heard of Xbox Con XMode2 unless someone just slapped a label on it.
would a console like this be worth less than a real console As they are basically useless to most people
On the contrary, they are valuable because of collectors. Not sure the current going rate for 360 dev stuff, but it's more than a new retail one. I would say sell it if you have no interest in it and just want to play regular games. You can sell here once you reached 50 posts and 3 months of membership. Selling on eBay might be hard since they are good at pulling this stuff down.
EDIT: ok, its a 360, prototype I think. Dont know much about the development of the 360, but people pay more that retail for them for sure, even I do. I always love more pictures ive only seen some xedk, my own xenon retail, and jasper(?) xdk. all other is very minimal, sorry. Definitly worth something, and more than new retail 360 if good shape
Is an Xbox 360 S 250 GB console Box and console serial number match have conformation from microsoft that this serial number is console Xenon Cons XMode2. XNA Game Studio Connect to deploy, debug, or play new games
Not sure, unless ccc123 can confirm my find on his serial number, this is the xbox service report: Xbox 360 S 250GB Xbox360S_Glossy_black Standard Warranty: Expired Mar 1, 2013 (my chinese XDK is reported as Non-Specific and just "XBox 360" in the US only, so it could be anything, like a stress or test, of proto...)
