Hello XBOX experts. I found this XBOX Crimson Skies/Counter Strike Promotional Pack. The artwork has Crimson Skies on one side and Counter Strike on the other. On the bottom of the artwork it say's Prohibida su venta. Producto Promocional. And it has the link for www.xbox.com/es. So this is a Spanish/Pal version. Both discs are inside and the case is not green. More like a standard DVD case. It looks like both games are the full versions inside. I just want to know if this was a pack in game with a system or something else???? I cannot find anything online on this.
Hey Hex1gon and XBOX experts, I agree that it looks like it would belong in a video store. I took the artwork out, and it is made with the same paper material as all the other Microsoft XBOX games. It also has the same color texture as other official XBOX games and definitely was made in a factory. I can take closer pictures of it later. When I first saw it I thought it was a game from the Hollywood Video rental stores that went out of of business. Thank you all for sharing whatever you know about this.
I get the feeling that it is a store display insert, possibly made by Microsoft mind you, that someone then put the games into. It isn't unheard of to have display inserts sent by companies. I know my For Display Only Halo came with a game, which isn't how it normally would.
Who knows, it just also seems rather odd that there is no part number on the insert, along with a barcode of any kind.
In my opinion, these are not by Microsoft. Because of my thoughts: * There are no barcodes(As someone mentioned). * No instructions * Picture to small Anyway, if the games works in original xbox so it is all fine.
