After I repaired the console thanks to all the people in the forum who help me with the chip and the installation of the new HDD I decided to make a custom paint on the case, I have to take it apart to install the modchip so why not do something and this came up. Is not perfect but I like it to change the damn black.

For those asking about the paint I use, look at the pic.
I use the vinyl paint as a coat over all the case. After that then paint with the Painter touch 2X that is primer and paint, I love that paint leave it a few days to set it up nice on plastic.

Nice, looks very clean! What was the procedure? Been thinking of doing something like this for a while.

Nice unique choice of colors! I'd also like to know which kind of paint you used. Would love to see some more pictures :D

Nice job, it really looks good. I used to do custom xbox's. Makes me want to do another one. You should do some custom green led's in the controller port's. The power/eject is green already so that will look good the way it is. PM me if you need a tutorial on how to install controller port led's.

Yes with led in the port will look great but that mean take it apart again and that is something I dont have the feeling to do again maybe in the future.

Yeah I here you. Anyway, great job. I used to use krylon plastic paint on mine. It dries in like 10 minute's.

Everyone in the world hates on Krylon Fusion. Everyone. But I love it and can't recommend enough. Glad I'm not the only one. :p

I've a painted a few consoles and all i have ever used is cheap $2 cans from the hardware store, no need for fancy specialty plastic paints.

my guess would be a glossy finish, rather than a matte one perhaps?
