I was thinking the same thing. Either fan made, or they hired some hack as its not the usual colorware job.

 

Fan made or not it still looks nice.

 

It was on the Xbox E3 twitter feed so who really knows. It exists is all I know and I wants. Fan made or not. But I too see the imperfections pointed out.

 

Could also be smooth and that's just an optical illusion, but yes still cool.

Also, last time something like this happened April of 2015 I think, it was the Seattle Skyline controller that Major Nelson posted, no one picked up on the fact all the buildings were 360's and later that year at E3 they shocked the world with 360 BC on the One.

So now I ask everyone to look carefully, notice anything?

 

Now I can't seem to find anything online about this controller pic... maybe I'm just not seeing it but I don't see it on Twitter now.

So this E3 controller is fan made, but also contains a "hidden" message from Microsoft? Now I'm confused.

Also, the building below the D-pad looks a bit like Master Chief.
