And so many "kids" believe its easy. Go learn more about a particular system, go to hacker meetings (yes, those blackhat/Devcon/ccc stuff) and or hackerspaces to meet others, work in teams and maybe, one day. you or/and someone in your team might hack the Xbox one. I think this is a way to go. and might already have been so for a longer time already. (bunnie dint hack the xbox himself, he had some small help and what did he exactly found? well it was not the softmods)

Its double, if you spend some time and/or spread the time between people.

Well tbh virtually all hacking nowadays is directly tied to piracy, and I think the whole sony going after hackers just pretty much buried the hacking to convention showboating only, I do think the original xbox and psp where like hacking at it's peak, where everything was free and open, now days I have a feeling some of the top hackers are more in the piracy device teams pockets, like the 3ds getting a private poc hack and shortly later a flashcard, free and easy isn't the cool thing for hackers no more, wii u was hacked privately and a few months later....a ode device is announced, sure it could all be coincidence but idk seems too convenient

that being said all the other points are perfectly valid too the xbox was an amazing piece of kit for the price tag (once hacked XD) at the time there was no real cheap and powerful media centre pc's, the fact they where all the same meant that there was no setting up and finding compatible software/hardware combinations, the xbox was functional and simple....in many ways I think the popularity of the xbox with XBMC pretty much spearheaded how people wanted to use computers and how they wanted to access their content....I don't think there has been a better example of what homebrew can achieve, the fact that what started as a homebrew app ended up one of the most popular media centre front ends and has carried on going way after the demise of the xbox just about sums it up

so in my opinion......will the xbox one be hacked.......probably.....will it be fast? Probably not as devs are a lot less public about their work so it's less of a community project.....will it be for teh homebrewz.....I doubt it pretty much all hacking now days is, "how can I sell you a device/dongle/key to make money from this"

PS I don't blame hackers for being less public about their work after all the ps3 crap with sony, and even if they hack it just to show off so be it, it's their work they can do as they wish XD

Stick to Jtaging the 360's mate, the xbox one is way to expensive right now

    This is my opinion however..
