They use special large carts, not retail carts. The Famicom box uses black style US/EU carts, though.

I think that other Famicom Box is 3rd party. It looks horrid plus seems to have no Nintendo logos on it. Still cool the way it can use retail carts though.

The condition is far better than the one kithana is trying to resell after getting it really cheaper ^^

The Slam Dunk is a limited promotional version from Shueisha , there is the same one on Super Famicom

At least with the SFC version, the cart was just EEPROMs on a dev board, phillips head screws on the cart, with a nice retail label. I'd like to see a better picture of the Gameboy cart.

This has been up for months, pretty sure over a year. There have been others posted occasionally, the ones with known contents sell quicker, the other ones sell at random prices: I've got them as cheap as 4000 to 20,000.

    Modern Mate

The first Famicom / Mega Drive 2 in 1 clone and it's built in to a joystick!! Before system on a chip crap so you know the quality will be better. I've been after one of these bad boys for over 10 years. Now that I find one the twat on Yahoo won't sell it to me because I have a neg' feedback. The fact that I have over 970 positive doesn't seem to matter.

Anyway, for those interested here's the link - http://page6.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/f101923541

    This is great.
I have seen a lot of good stuff here at decent prices.
How would I go about registering for the site?

Unless you live in Japan, or there is the extremely rare case in which a seller will ship overseas, you will need to use a proxy. Some members on here can help you with that.
