    lol, talk about a bid war. Given that a handful of his other listings were listed as formerly working but now tested and no longer working, I'm quite interested to see if someone is paying $1k for a set of small paperweights.

    Now I wonder who was bidding on that :p and who the he'll was I up against? Whoever it was really wanted that cart. By the way, the bidding wasn't for myself as I was acting as the middle man so please don't ask me for a dump of it. I wouldn't know how to anyway :)

    I'm mostly curious as to why some of the others that he was selling no longer work. Are SEGA prototype boards known for failing or something? Did he store them poorly? I guess we will never know.

    Maybe he just didn't check them? Many sellers in Japan do that. Sell stuff as junk if they don't check them. Most of the time the product is fine.
