I was wondering if this would be the right section since this isn't really a full part of my collection but still..... Anyway, tonight was the night I had to file away 50 odd Saturn games in to my whopping collection in alphabetical order (makes finding stiff much easier). This is a very daunting task that I try to put off as long as possible all the time. Anyway, this time I thought I'd show you the mess that I make. Here are the buggers that needed to be filed. The boxes to these games have been dumped. Living in Japan means space is a valuable resource that cases just take too much of so they get dumped. The back layers are stored separate to the games (also in alphabetical order) to keep them clean and bend free. The games and instructions plus any little extras are placed in to scratch free CD sleeves. Below you can see the mess !! The games still boxed are expensive ones (anything that cost me more than 10'000 yen) or games that come in nice cases that can't be flattened. If you look you'll see a few flattened RAM cartridge game boxes such as Samurai Spirits and King Of Fighters. And here are the Saturn games filed. I still need to buy a few more boxes though to put the games in that still need to be packed. There's about 600 or so games in that picture above which isn't even my full Saturn collection. Now if you add my Dreamcast (fully boxed), Mega CD, Mega Drive and Mark III/Master System stuff you can see why the poor Saturn games must be stored this way. :-( Yakumo
It just keeps growing and growing. Good stuff Yakumo, i congratulate you for being able to keep any sort of organization
Poor Saturn games indeed! You should mail the cases to yourself in England Or sell them! Actually, I need a few Japanese Saturn cases! Lovely collection, though
