Yeah, file a complaint against him. And tell him if he doesn't send it to you, you're going to give him a shitty rating. eBay could very well have his account removed for something like that.

 

Yeah it sucked but I'm over it and now I just keep looking for more stuff. Recently got some amazing deals so it more than makes up for all the shitty experiences.:thumbsup:

 

No, they were released well at the beginning. I remember seeing a news article in one of the first magazines I bought back in 2000 or so. They were actually released in 2001.

I won a camera body a few years ago at a very reasonable price. The seller told me, of course AFTER I had won the auction, that he sold it to his neighbor. I told him he couldn't do that, as we were now in a legal binding contract. He was a little bitch about it and I ended up just giving up and giving him a neutral feedback. I figured it wasn't worth the effort since, with that sort of product, I could always just win another one (plenty on the market) - though I didn't get as sweet of a deal, unfortunately.

If it were something like this, I would fight pretty hard - especially with the way eBay has changed since then.
