i got Uno the other night. me and Phrequency were playing. I was wearing my Obama mask. i got some interesting things said to me. xD good times all around though. Phrequency was dressed up as batman. pretty AWESOME.
In terms of exclusives (currently at least):- 1. Braid 2. Gears of War 3. Blue Dragon....what? I liked it :110:
Blue Dragon was the shit. I loved the combat initiation system (roping in multiple enemies), the class system, and disc 3 was just outright phenomenal. :thumbsup: Did not see anything that happened at the end coming AT ALL.
I need to get Blue Dragon. I rented it before and liked it but I'm not a big fan of the art design and I didn't play it enough to like the characters. It was cool and now it's cheap though. Still need to finish LO...
Yeah, BD is like, $20 now. Its worth it. Its really a "level-grinder's" JRPG, and then only if you play it on Hard Mode (which is a free download). Normal Mode is way too pathetically easy, and thus kinda makes the game boring for more hardcore JRPGers. Heh, example: When I got to the final final final boss, he got off two attacks that barely hurt me before I killed him. I swear Shu had like, 16 turns in a row. But BD is a cool game. Nice graphics, great music, and the story gets really good in disc 3 (it has its moments in disc 1 and 2, but both of those discs have a lot of bits that kinda drag on). But certainly don't go into BD expecting LO's level of storytelling/character developement. Admittedly, I am interested in seeing how the DS sequel Blue Dragon Plus turned out, primarily because Feel Plus (guys who developed Lost Odyssey) worked on it.
i rented Saint's Row 2 and only played a little bit of it. i guess it's not really my cup of hot chocolate.
